Nancy A Natale Radecki, LCSW-R
Nancy A. Natale Radecki, LCSW-R, is a licensed clinical and psychiatric social worker with extensive past experience as a medical social worker. She has been practicing in the CNY community for more than twenty years. Mrs. Radecki received her LMSW in 1994 and her LCSW in 2005, with the "R" privilege granted in 2014. She has profound clinical experience treating families, couples, individuals, and varied populations.
In addition to being a Private Practice Psychiatric Clinician and Medical Social Worker, Nancy has also been employed as a Clinical Supervisor, Specialist, and Public Speaker. She frequently attends trainings and seminars and maintains a high standard of ethical responsibility in continuing education and peer collaboration. Nancy firmly believes in the importance of employing best practice and proven treatment models. She has mentored many social workers and other disciplines in various treatment settings. Since 1992 Nancy has worked in Central New York and the counties affiliated with Syracuse, Oswego, and Auburn. She has been a consultant and specialist for communities from Rochester to Albany and Watertown to Binghamton. Her experiences in these venues lend themselves to a familiarity with community resources and case management services in all of CNY and much of New York State. Mrs. Radecki utilizes an integrative and systemic approach to clinical practice. She specializes in a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Short Term Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. Some of Nancy's specialties include working with: conflicted individuals, those with low self esteem, couples; LGBTQ oriented; ADHD, anxiety, depression, all mood disorders; panic attacks; life stage challenges; grief and loss; poor coping skills; and difficulty with emotional regulation. |
